Professional Services Price List 

Hourly Plans

All services are billed on an hourly basis. Hours are purchased in advance, unless the flat rate plan is used. As services are performed, an invoice will be given to inform the client of how many hours are being used and how many hours are left on their service plan. Any unused plan hours can be carried over to the next year. Additional hours can be purchased and added to any existing plan that the client may have.

Hours can be shared or transferred to other individuals or companies. Hours can be used for multiple locations. The only limitation on this is that the location where the work will be performed must be within twenty miles of Simplified Office Solutions, Inc. If the location is further than that, then the billable time starts and ends at the twenty mile mark, to include drive time to the location and the return trip back to Simplified Office Solutions, Inc. Any other fees that are incurred as an extra expense will also be billable to the client. For example, toll charges, drive times further than twenty miles from Simplified Office Solutions, Inc., parking fees, parking meter charges, etc…
