System Replacement Training
One of the biggest fears that people have when purchasing a new computer is that they will lose some of their most critical data. We created this video to simplify that process for you. Sometimes, even a professional can lose data and critical files. It reminds me of the old saying “If you want something done right, you should do it yourself”. With this training video, you should be able to do it yourself. If you still do not feel comfortable, you will at least be able to organize your settings and files and things, so that it will help to ensure that your computer specialist will not accidentally lose any of your important files. You will also be able to know exactly what they are doing to your system, so that you know that they are doing it right, and that they are not snooping into your computer files or stealing information about your bank accounts, or other sensitive files and information.
With this training, we will show you what hardware you will need in order to transfer files from your old computer to your new computer. We will show you our favorite types of software that you can use to backup your files and settings, and restore those files onto your new computer. We will also teach you how to remove the data permanently from your old hard drive.
