The flat screen makes this monitor a nice choice to have where there is a lot of lighting like an office building. The flat screen makes the monitor much easier to look without a lot of reflection.
Flat Panel LCD Monitor
These monitors are very light, and take up much less desk space than the traditional CRT monitors above. There are two different types of connections possible. There is the normal VGA (analog) or the DVI which is pure digital. If you would like to get the best picture possible you will need to use the DVI and you should make sure that your video card also has a DVI connector.

These monitors are very light, and take up much less desk space than the traditional CRT monitors above. There are two different types of connections possible. LCD TV Monitor

These monitors are very expensive, but they offer the best quality and the nicest built in options.
